Finding Domain Names with the Best Keywords

I recently found a great way to register keyword relevant domain names in bulk using the Google keywords tool and the great bulk domain registration tool at One Website Solution. You’ll also need to use the Internet Explorer browser and have a copy of Microsoft Excel or Open Office installed. Here’s how it works.

  1. Go to the Google keyword suggestion tool at: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
  2. Type in the keyword for the domain name that you want. For example: midget wrestling
  3. Next, click the “Avg Search Volume” header and then select EVERYTHING that shows up with your mouse and go to Edit -> Copy

  4. Now open up Excel or whatever spreadsheet you’re using and paste.
  5. You should see all the name suggestions in one column.

  6. Select just this column from the spreadsheet and paste it into the bulk domain registration entry box here: http://www.1websitesolution.com/bulk_reg.php
  7. Put a checkmark in the .com box and type in the visual access code and hit the GO button.

The website will automatically remove all the space from the domain names and put a .com at the end and search for the availability of those domain names. AND the domains are in the order of most traffic at the top to the least traffic at the bottom.

This is a great way to find some keyword rich domains without having to do a lot of research. I’ll edit the post later with a little video to help illustrate the process.

Best of luck!

Google just does it all, don’t they? I’m glad you’re taking the time to explain everything, because it gets pretty confusing, even for a website developer like me.
